How do I download MP3's?

After you purchase the MP3, you will receive an email with your file.  Follow these steps:

1. Click the "download file" link in your email beside the product name. 
   
2. You will then get a link to a small PDF file.  Click the link.
3. After opening the PDF, click the MP3 title located in the center of the PDF. 
   

You can then play the file or save the file to your computer.  The process for saving and/or playing the files will be dependant upon the softfware you have setup to play MP3's.  You may receive a message asking you if you'd like to play or save (iTunes), or you may have to use the "save as" or "save page as" feature from the browser menu (Windows Media Player).  Your MP3 file link is valid for 3 days, so make sure you download in that timeframe.  You can also access your order history by logging into your store account.  Contact Anthony Daniels at adaniels@redemptionchurch.com or (865) 521-7777 if you have any further questions. 

How do discounts work?

The discount is taken after your item is added to your cart.  Your cart will show the item price and the discount will be show underneith.  Total price will reflect all applicable discouts.
